Do you have a heart for the nations and a passion for reaching international students with the love of Christ? Join International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) as a Boston Ministry Leader and impact the lives of future world leaders at some of the most influential universities in the world—including Harvard, MIT, and Boston University.
In this role, you’ll build relationships with international students, mobilize local churches and volunteers, and lead Bible discussions and cultural events to extend hospitality and share the gospel. As part of the Boston ministry team, you’ll help create a welcoming community where students from all nations can encounter Jesus.
📍 Location: Boston, MA (must live near the campus where you serve)
💼 Flexible full-time or part-time options
💰 Salary: $25,709 – $80,000 (support-raised) + benefits
🎯 Key Responsibilities:Establish a presence on campus and build connections with students
Partner with local churches and volunteers for outreach and discipleship
Organize cultural events and Bible discussions to engage internationals
Secure and sustain financial and prayer support for ministry work
