2 Christian men seeking 1-3 Christian male roommate(s) for a 5 bedroom house in Hyde Park.
– Rooms are available now!
– $700/month plus ~$100 in utilities (incl. wifi), will go down to $650/month plus ~$75 in utilities if we’re able to find two more roommates, or $600/month plus ~60 in utilities if we find three.
– Commuter rail station is a 5-minute walk (Fairmount Line – goes directly to South Station). Forest Hills (orange line) is a 15-20 min drive or bus ride away.
– Driveway with 2 parking spots plus plenty of street parking.
– In-home washer/dryer unit
– 1 and 1/2 bath
– Rooms are not furnished apart from an optional dresser or two.
– Quiet neighborhood and 5-minute drive away from shops and restaurants in Hyde Park.
– Mike pays for the whole house (including rooms) to be professionally cleaned every few months!
– Month 2 Month (no lease or contract)Mike and Angel worship and serve at Christ the King in West Roxbury (http://ctkrwr.org/), which is part of the Christ the King Church network. We’re both serious about following Jesus and are seeking to have a home that promotes mutual encouragement in our walks with the Lord.
When we’re not working (Mike works for the city of Boston and Angel is a therapist and also works for the church), Mike likes to play music (he’s very talented!) and Angel likes to read and play video games. You’ll sometimes find us watching Netflix together as we wind down for the evening. We prefer roommates who are reasonably clean (especially when it comes to shared spaces). We occasionally use our house for church meetings (not on the same floor as the rooms) and we’ll also have the occasional friend(s) over.
Also, we have a great relationship with our very nice and responsive landlords (Mike’s parents 😆 ).
