Job Overview:
Route One is a 501 (c)3 Christian non-profit that works to serve women sexually exploited by the sex industry. We train Christian women how to enter strip clubs and build trusting relationships with women who work in the clubs. We currently have three sites; Boston, Springfield, and Worcester. Route One equips Christian leaders with a deeper understanding of knowledge on the issue of sex trafficking and exploitation of women in the United States. The Route One program manager will work directly with the Route One director to continue the goals, mission, and strategies of Route One by providing oversight to the Route One teams. While there are places in this role for brainstorming and visionary support the primary function of the role (at this time) is support the work of Route One with the rhythms, policies, philosophies, structure, and design that are already in place. There are several items in this job description that are collaborative items and several that are initiative items but all within the current structure of Route One.
