Nurturing Relational Connections Across Boston's Christian Community
Still Small Theatre Troupe is seeking actors of Asian, Latino, African, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern and Native American descent for the touring repertory production of The Diary of Perpetua, a musical based on the diary of an early Christian martyr. 6 actors play more than 15 characters in this fast-paced journey through the story of a tiny group of ordinary Christians called to represent the Lord in seemingly impossible circumstances. The rehearsal process will include times of prayer, study, and fellowship; performances will include talkback sessions and be used to raise awareness about modern-day persecution in partnership with Voice of the Martyrs.
Rehearsals begin February 7th and are primarily on Sunday afternoons in Beverly. Performances will be scheduled throughout the year according to the needs of the hosting venues and are compensated with a small stipend.
Auditions are by appointment; please contact Jasmine at stillsmalltheatre@gmail.com for more information.
