Hi! My housemate and I are looking for a 3rd female housemate (responsible and mature graduate student or professional) to join our apartment in Brookline. We are both graduate students at Tufts.

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom place near Coolidge Corner. The vacant bedroom is pictured (link below) and $975/mo plus utilities. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. The utilities we pay are electric, gas and internet which come out to about $30-40/month total. We have a dish washer, and shared laundry in the basement.
