Hello! We have one bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment. There is also a possibility that two of the three rooms may be available.
Price: $925 (internet is ~$20 per month, utilities are around ~$25 per month)
Lease starts from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. There may be some flexibility if you need to move in advance.
About the house and available room:
– Laundry in-building (located in the basement, coin operated)
– 4 bedrooms (1 person will have two smaller sized rooms, with two personal closets right outside the room)
– 1 shared bathroom
– Standard kitchen, dining room, and living room
– No A/C (but window A/C units are allowed!), radiator-type of heat
– Parking lot in the back available if you have a car at no additional costAbout the area:
– Walking distance to all three green lines on the T (B, C, and D), all within 5-10 minutes
– Walking distance to Whole Foods (less than 5 minutes) and Star Market (10 minutes)About us:
– We are two working women who enjoy playing music, baking, reading, etc. We are social but also respectful of each other’s space — the common space is really spacious and approachable. We are very clean and will have group cleanings every once in awhile. We don’t like ragers but we enjoy having people over! 🙂
