The room will be available for a full-year lease starting September 2024 which will go until the end of August 2025. You would be responsible for the first and last month’s rent upon moving in. The rent is $687.50/mo. and the 4 housemates split utilities together (gas, electric, and internet) which amounts to about and additional $100-$125 a month per person.
