I’m a young adult, female working in full time ministry looking for a like minded female roommate. The apartment is in Haverhill, MA about 30 miles north of the city, but right near the commuter rail and a great spot for anyone looking to get out of the city in the middle of the pandemic. Great Lake with walking trails 5 minutes away. Walking distance to post office, coffee shop.It is 1400 SF and the first floor of a home. It is furnished, except for the second bedroom, which would be yours. Fits a queen bed and full dresser/ vanity set. Good sized kitchen, living room, and dining room/office. One bathroom and washer and dryer. I work from home currently due to COVID and could make accommodations for you to work from home too. Landlord lives upstairs and has owned house for 20+ years, takes great care of it. Safe family neighborhood.
Rent is $678 per month plus utilities. Must be respectful and clean.
