Hello! We have a very nice, large bedroom available in 3bd/1ba Brighton apartment off of Market Street, four blocks from Brighton Center. Parking space in driveway available. Washer and dryer in the basement. This is a two family home with the landlords on the first floor. There is also a small backyard. No pets allowed. We are looking for a female roommate to sublet one room from May-June and possibly to sign a 12 month lease with us from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
