We are looking for one professional/student preferably for June 1st on a one-year lease or summer sublet. The ideal candidate should be clean, responsible, and friendly. Preferably who would be interested in christian fellowship occasionally. The room is brightly illuminated and very spacious.

The monthly rent is $600/month for the summer sublet and $645/month if you decide to take the year-long lease starting in September. No broker fee. $50-$70 on utilities per month.
