We are three female professionals seeking one female professional roommate to share a beautiful, sunny 4-bedroom apartment in Somerville. The room is available starting April 16th.

– close, short walk to several bus stops connecting in 8minutes to Davis Sq. (Red line), 8-10 minutes to Sullivan Sq. (Orange line), and 15 minutes to Lechmere (Green line)
– on-street parking (permit required – for vehicle registered in Somerville it’s $30/year)

The bedroom that is available has a closet, rent is $450/month, is a month-to-month agreement (minimum of 6 month stay), and first/last month is due at move-in. Utilities include gas and electric, which runs between $20-$100/person each month depending on the season. Usually only those couple very cold months in the winter cost closer to $100.
