Hi, everyone!
My friend and I are looking for two girls to join us in a 4 bed/1 bath apartment in Medford – pretty much halfway between Medford Square and the Medford/Malden line. We’re close to Target (2 mins), Wegmans (5 mins), Assembly Row (8 mins), Medford Square (3 mins).
* I have a 35 lb. English Shepherd, so dog-friendly/dog-lover is a must~ 🙂 *
We have the 2nd & 3rd floors of the house, driveway (fits 3 cars) w/easy street parking, laundry in-basement at no extra cost, and a spare bedroom for guests. Rent is $825/person + utilities (electricity & gas). This past winter, highest utilities per person was $121 (Dec), but typically falls in the $40-70 range during fall/spring/summer.
Happy to send over a video of the place prior to us moving in and answer any other questions.
