Roommate wanted!
Looking for a fun female roommate to join me (33f) in a beautiful, light-filled Victorian apartment in Beverly (3 bed, 1.5 bath) – available now for 13-mo lease, or for new 12-month lease starting June 1
The details:
* Rent: $1,280/month per person (split 2 ways)
* Utilities: ~$150 on avg (gas + electric + internet; fluctuates)
* In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher (washer <1yr old)
* 1 bedroom recently updated with fresh paint and classic old painted hardwood floor
* 3rd bedroom for guest/flex space
* Brand new induction stove and updated electricalThe apartment: Just steps away from downtown Beverly, it’s a short walk to Cabot St shops, 15 minutes to Dane St beach, and 20 mins to the Beverly Depot. This cozy, well-maintained apartment features a brand new induction stove, newer fridge, reliable dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer conveniently placed in the first floor half bathroom (not the basement!). It comes with everything you need: furnished living and dining, plus all the kitchen accoutrements you need. Just bring yourself and your bedroom furniture! Available daybed and loveseat for the guest room so visiting friends have a place to crash, and phenomenal landlords who take excellent care of the place.
About me: I’m a 33-year-old managing editor working from home, an avid reader, TV/movie aficionado, and extrovert (though I’ve lived with plenty of introverts and am happy to accommodate). While I’m a bit of a clean freak, it means the apartment has been lovingly maintained, and I’ve lived here the past 4.5 years. I like to host friends occasionally, but I’m not a partier, and tend to have small groups over only. I love jamming to and ridiculously dancing to music in the kitchen, don’t cook as much as I should, and am hoping to share the place with someone great!
About you: Single women only, please! Hopefully, you’re a Christian woman who would like a good relationship with a roommate, you’re responsible, and happy to equitably share the responsibilities of the place. You can provide the landlord with a completed application with references, and have a clean credit/background check.
Email me for more information and to coordinate viewing the apartment! Email: vanewhouse@sbcglobal.net
Annie KenworthyGuestHi Toni! I’m 28, a teacher, and I’m looking for a new place to live long-term. I’d love to connect to share and hear more about the room. I can talk by email annecasey565@gmail.com or text 860-992-9333 (and then a phone call).
