Hello! We are a community of Christian women looking for a fourth roommate. Our roommate is moving overseas for missions work. We are looking for someone that is in their late 20s through early 40’s to join our community.

One bedroom available in a four bedroom, one bath apartment in Jamaica Plain. Available starting August 1st 2024. Tenant may choose to pay August rent to hold the room for Sept 1 move in.

The room:
*12×12 bedroom
*Rent is $485/month plus utilities & house supplies for an additional $50-$110/month, depending on the season)
* Furniture pictured will be for sale
*Room has one small closet to the left of the pictured desk.

The area:
*5-7 minute walk to Stonybrook stop on Orange Line
*About 20 minutes to Back Bay and downtown Boston on the T
*5 min walk to 39 bus stop, which runs to Copley square (access to green line)
*Close to downtown Centre street, Jamaica Pond, and stores including Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, lots of delicious restaurants and CVS!
*Free parking available on street

Living spaces:
*Common spaces include 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room
*Washer and dryer in unit
*No dishwasher
*Small porch overlooking community garden on one side of house

*2nd story apartment of three floors
*Long-term commitment preferred
*First month’s rent, and deposit due to hold room. Details to follow.
*Non-smoking
*No pets
*Tenants are responsible for trash removal (taking barrels to the street and back) and snow removal. We have hired a service and split between the three unit house in the past.
*Work out of the home or some flexibility with WFH required

A little bit about the three roommates. We are all young professionals in our mid twenties through mid thirties. We are all pretty busy, but we like to hang out together when we are able. We keep common spaces clean. We also respect working schedules, keeping it down after 10 pm.
