We are four individuals in our 20s and 30s who are looking for one final person to join us on a one-year lease with our landlord beginning Sept. 1st. We are looking for someone who will respect the common spaces by keeping things clean and tidy, someone who is interested in hanging out occasionally as a group, and someone who has good credit (a requirement of our landlord). Personally, I would also love to be able to fellowship and encourage one another in our walk with Jesus, although my other housemates are not Christians.

Bedroom available on 3rd floor for rent
1 year lease beginning Sept. 1st
$730 per month, not including utilities (about $75 for electricity, water, gas, and internet)
Free parking on street
Nice backyard area
Walking distance to bus stops and the West Medford Train Station.
No pets allowed (landlord rule)
No smoking inside the house, smoking permitted in the backyard only
Washer/dryer on site
Dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave available in kitchen
Communal tv in the living room.
3rd floor bathroom is shared with one other housemate
Additional storage space in basement.
