The apartment: 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 floor unit with yard, lots of gardening space, free in unit laundry, extra basement storage space, fully stocked kitchen, living room, 2 parking spots shared with other roommates, along with plenty of street parking 

The room: Spacious well lit room (13×12 ft) with closet, bed, electric standing desk, general furniture for use.

The roommates: 2F (working professional and grad student), 1M (grad student). All are friendly, in mid-20s, keep common areas clean, Covid-19 conscious.
   
The location: Located between Porter and Union Squares, 7 minute walk from Market Basket (best priced and stocked grocery store in Somerville); 12 minute walk from Red MBTA Station and Union Square. 15-20 minute walk from Harvard and Davis Squares. Close to all of your favorite take out spots, parks, and across the street from Veterans Memorial ice rink in case you decide to get a new hobby! 

Utilities (wifi, composting, electric, gas) generally run $40-90 depending on the month

Non smokers only, no pets allowed unfortunately! 

I would love to stay in this apartment, but am moving home for the immediate future. It’s a great location to live in, especially in the summer. Ideally, I am looking for someone willing to sublet for 5-6 months, but willing to talk to someone looking for a minimum 3 month sublease. Rent is negotiable! The landlord hasn’t increased rent in 2 years, so I would expect that if you re-sign the lease on 9/1, the rent would stay close to the same.
