Leadership is action, something we do.

So organizations typically see little change in behavior as a result of classroom teaching on leadership alone. We may learn by listening to leaders share from their experience, it’s another matter to apply what we learn. We need experience with feedback as well.

Boston Fellows is happy to host an event involving all these features, in a first-ever collaboration. Olympian, entrepreneur, and corporate trainer Richard Kennelly will head up a team of all-star La Vida trainers to lead participants in a series of practical activities, with debriefing and evaluation.

Join us for this experimental and experiential approach to leadership in Christian perspective You will work with others in teams in a fun and friendly competition, exercising your own leadership potential, with practical, constructive, and encouraging feedback.
