The Boston Project Ministries, a Christian community development organization in Dorchester, is hiring a part-time Program Coordinator for LevelUP Life Coaching for teens. The Coordinator connects teenagers to caring, adult Coaches who help them build the skills to transition successfully from adolescence to adulthood. This position has one foot in youth development and the other foot in volunteer management.
