The island of Dominica in the Caribbean was destroyed by hurricane Maria. According to the prime minister, ‘We have lost all that money can buy”. There is no electricity, no running water, almost no roads, bridges are destroyed, more than 80 percent of homes and livelihoods are destroyed’. The island of Puerto Rico has been devastated. Similar conditions apply. The same holds for other islands – Barbuda, Virgin Islands, and more’.

Let us join together as one to pray for the people of the Caribbean and to extend a helping hand.
