To celebrate Black History Month, join us for an exploration of the impact of music, movement, and the spoken and preached word from black churches to broader society. Reverend Devlin Scott of NewCity Church is the evening’s host and moderator of a panel discussion featuring Reverend Alicia Johnson of Myrtle Baptist Church, Caleb McCoy and voices from the night.

Performances include hip-hop artist Caleb McCoyBlackOut Step Team of Tufts University, and more! The event is in partnership with the First Unitarian Universalist Society in Newton (FUUSN)and NewCity Church Newton.
