Greetings,

I’d like to share my 3 bedroom second floor apartment with a like minded female. It is a large hardwood floor apartment. Landlords live on first floor.

We would each have two private rooms sharing public areas (large eat-in kitchen, small bathroom, large dining room and reasonably sized living room.

Rent and utilities are shared equally. 1800/2 = 900 monthly plus utilities (electric and gas heat)
