Hi! We have a room available now in our 3 BR apartment near Washington Square (move-in date flexible). We are both female Christian young professionals and are looking for a housemate who would be a good fit for our home. We are a quiet, low-key house seeking community with one another.

We’re a 5 min walk to the C or B line, 5 min to Whole Foods, and 10 mins from Washington Square. The apartment is spacious with both a living room and dining room and back porch. Rent is $925/month (currently reduced to $891.66 bc of covid) and utilities are ~$50/month.
