Seeking a male housemate for September 1, $712 for 1 room in a 4 bed/1 bath. We are on the first floor of a triple decker in Savin Hill in Dorchester, 10 minute walk to JFK/UMass station on the red line. Apartment has a great back deck and backyard, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and basement with storage and basic home gym setup. Street parking with permit. Utilities (elec, wifi, gas, house supplies) average ~75 month/person, plus a few oil tank fill-ups in the winter.
