Hey there! My name is Josiah. I am moving to Boston next month and need a room for rent starting possibly the 10th of April. I work at Trader Joe’s (8 years), I’m 25 years old, I’m a Christian, and I love to do photography. One of the main reasons I’m actually moving to Boston is because I am opening up a new Trader Joe’s in the downtown area in mid May.
What I’m looking for is:
– A room or studio to rent for under 1000.
– A place I can park my car
– A nice and friendly place
– Also I don’t smoke or do any drugs so finding a place that’s similar is always a bonus.We’re looking for one male housemate to take over a lease in our 5 bed/2 bath apartment in Central Square Cambridge. The room will be available April 1, 2024 and the lease runs until August 31, 2024 (it will likely be renewed). The rent is $1400/month excluding utilities and Internet.
Here are some details about the apartment:
The four other housemates are a mix of Harvard/MIT professors/staff/postdocs/PhD students.
Amenities include two refrigerators, two in-unit washer/dryer units, and a partially furnished room (twin bed, desk, and other accessories can be provided).
