Three male, Christian housemates looking for a fourth male housemate in a 4 Bed/1 Bath, 2nd and 3rd floor apartment in Medford, MA. Availability starts in January 2024. The apartment is located a 15 minute walk from Davis Sq and the Red line, a 5 min walk from bus lines to the Orange and Green line, and a 5 min walk from the Green line expansion at Ball Square. Rent costs $735 + $65-$120 utilities/internet monthly per person. The lease is month to month, but the expectation is that a new tenant will stay for at least 1-2 years. Amenities include washer, dryer, basement storage space, and driveway parking. In addition to an unfurnished 3rd floor bedroom, the apartment has a fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. Current tenants are all working professionals in their 20’s & 30’s who attend local Christian churches in the Somerville/Cambridge area. All housemates are vaccinated. Hello, what is the size of the room and what is storage look like? Also, what is parking like? I am very interested and look forward to hearing back.
I am (almost 30 year old) working at hertz rental car. My faith is very important for me and I would want to live with Christians. On the side I do music. Let me know if you want to know anything else about me.

The size of the room is approximately 11.5’x12’. At the moment the room has a few dressers, a shoe shelf, and a closest you can use. The closet is about 6’ tall, 15” deep and 3’ wide. We have additional shared storage in the basement and some upstairs storage. There is parking in the shared driveway that can hold up to 4 cars and only 1 space is being used at this time.
