Looking for 2 Christian women (non-smoking of any kind) to share a 3 person carriage house rental in West Roxbury. Move in 9/01 The landlord does not allow pets, subletting, or overnight guests. Set back from Grove St., the house is in a country-like setting in the city. It includes a front porch and patio. There is one off-street parking spot available. Free washer and dryer in basement.
The rental includes an individual bedroom. The kitchen, porch, patio, common area, and 1.5 bathrooms are shared.

The house is a 6 minute walk from the 34, 34E, and 35 bus stop (route to Forest Hills Orange Line station). Utilities are around $100/ month not including optional cable/internet. The landlord does require credit references. Pictures available by request. Viewing by appointment only.

As for myself, my name is Elisa and I am a graduate student and Teaching Assistant. I work full time at a school for children with severe and multiple disabilities and am pursuing an M. Ed. in Severe Special Education and Elementary Education at BC. I am a writer and poet on the side and occasionally have people over for dinner (All roommates would be in communication before having guests). I like to keep my things tidy and organized, but I am not a neat freak. I am a deep sleeper and morning person, but respect that mornings should be a quiet time so I respect the environment of those around me while getting up from work. On the weekends I go to church, hike, read, write, and mostly do homework.
