    I am a female MGH incoming nursing student who needs housing. I am very quiet, busy, professional. Health aware, respectful of personal and other’s spaces. Need quiet and respectful space to study and focus. No overnights, or smoking/drugs/drama. Clean and go policy. Budget ~$700-800 inc. utitlities. Please need wifi and parking. Near or in the Boston metro area. Prefer same in living situation.
