I am seeking a Christian male, preferably a student, to rent a bedroom in our apartment. We live on Centre Street with easy access to the 41 bus and 5 min from Jackson Square station on the Orange Line, across the street from a Stop n’ Shop and 4 min way from Jackson Square Laundrymat. There are side streets close by should parking be needed.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has two bathrooms and a balcony in the back. It is shared the 5 other men, 3 of whom who are students, who are tidy and work together to keep the space clean and organized. The landlord prohibits pets and subletting.
Rent is $725 a month plus utilities and prospective tenant must be able to move in by September 1st.
