Sublet available in Jamaica Plain for Christian female

I am looking to sublet one room in a gorgeous two bedroom apartment in Jamaica Plain to a Christian female. I have lived in this apartment for over 4 years and am only moving because of buying a place. (The apartment and my roommate are both amazing!)

Here are some details about the apartment:
– The apartment is spacious (about 1,200 square feet) with lots of natural sunlight and all hardwood floors. The space includes a sunroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, a back porch, and backyard access.
– Rent is 1,100 per person and utilities are about 50 dollars a month.
– Parking is included.
– Laundry is in the basement and is only used by our unit.
– The apartment is located right next to Jamaica Pond, Whole Foods in Jamaica Plain, and is a close walk to bus stops and the Stony Brook T-station and several bus stops.
– The move in date is flexible and would be available anytime after late December.
– The current lease goes until June 30th, with the option to renew after that.
– Your roommate would be a Christian women in her 30s.
