Room available for rent for one female from Sept 1st. Current roommates late 30’s early 40’s working professionals. Shared space includes living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and basement with washer and dryer. The apartment is smoke free. We are believers so we spend time together around our faith and sharing in this regard. We are pretty laid back, not given to loud music and parties etc. We both have pretty busy schedules that keeps us going but we do enjoy having some time interacting with each other. No loud parties. Very respectful of each other and shared spaces. Rent is $730 + utilities. Interested persons please reply with information about yourself. Common areas are furnished bedroom unfurnished.
