I’m looking to share a house or apartment, preferably in the Roxbury/Dorchester/JP area, and my budget is $800/month or under. I can move in at the end of August.
About me: 45-year-old female, full-time teacher’s aide and part-time community college instructor, artistic, community-minded, simple-healthy cook, non-smoker, love pets and kids, willing to share chores and common expenses as needed. I come and go a lot and need my quiet time, but would love to be part of your home. I prefer bustling urban areas over quiet suburbs.
I have a car, so would need access to some kind of street parking. I also ride my bike and take public transportation a lot, so close to those would be good, preferably subway, as well as bus.

Hi. We are a family of 6 in Roxbury (, about 10 mom walk from the orange line) and do have a guest room. We have not rented this room out in order to keep it available for family to visit but may be open to considering this. Are you open to sharing a bathroom?
