Job Overview:
Route One Ministry, Inc is an anti-trafficking 501 (c)3 non-profit directly serving women sexually exploited in the commercial sex industry. We further address the issue of trafficking here in the United States by fostering awareness of pastors and community leaders. Route One seeks a highly motivated part-time Administrator to support our leadership team through data entry, office management, and general support as an essential part of our team.
Applicants must be well organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, enjoy managing people and events, and can work independently and as a team member. While the role is supportive, this person will function on our leadership team. They must come ready to lead, organize, and manage our staff, their calendars, and the ongoing work of Route One Ministry. For this reason, we ask that all applicants have at least 5 years of professional experience in either office management, administrative roles, or the equivalent. In addition, they are someone who thrives in a supportive role. This person will report directly to the Executive Director and be an essential part of the work.
Office Duties:
Maintain and organize data entry of donors, volunteers, and current staff
Maintain physical and electronic calendars for Route One as a whole and the individual calendar of the Executive Director
Support staff through maintaining PTO records, payrole, office supplies, mail pick-up, and reordering of promotional material
Frontline for all external vendors, such as building rental, food supplies, etc.
Help our little office stay organize, focused, and move pieces forward that allow our outreach staff connect with sexually exploited women
Event Support:Collaborate with leadership team to plan and execute training and special events, taking initiative where needed
Schedule events, both internal and external, with proper email and phone communication to ensure attendance
Provide oversight for events day of, from start to finish
Record post-event data such as newsletter sign-up, survey results, and any email needed for appropriate follow-up
Recruit, organize, and track volunteers for each event
Book flights and hotels as needed
Book guest speakers and execute the fee as needed (fee pre-approval of your direct supervisor)
Organize food and all promotional material needed for each event
With the Staff:Help staff find and submit reimbursement and mileage reimbursement promptly.
Secure staff reimbursement promptly
Help celebrate staff and volunteers by tracking birthdays and anniversaries
Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
