    Looking for a female housemate to rent a room in a charming, spacious 3 bed, 2 full bath apartment in Brookline, beginning 9/1/20 for one year.

    Rent: $870/month, plus $50-$100/month for internet and utilities
    Location: 8-min walk to Tappan St. on C line, or Washington St @ Fairbanks St on 65 bus line
    Layout: Foyer, hardwood floors, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer in basement

    Would share the apt with a hamster and two lovely, Christian housemates who are working professionals, neat, and respectful; kind, responsive landlords live in upstairs unit. Housemate would be expected to follow COVID-19 social distancing/safety precautions.

Non smoker/ social drinker. You are also someone who has a way to pay rent on time every month, preferably stable job/income 🙂
