    Hello! I’m a 40-year-old woman looking for a female roommate to share my spacious Woburn apartment with me, my cat, and my photography business, starting asap or July. $825/month – all utilities included. Washer & Dryer in unit. Assigned parking in the driveway, which gets plowed in the winter. Huge backyard, with a firepit. NO additional pets (cat has put her paw down and the landlord’s on her side). Conveniently located in Woburn right off of 93 & 95, really close to my church, GENESIS. If you’re interested, let me know!
