While white supremacists have long been present in New England, in the past month these groups have stepped up their visibility, violence, and recruiting efforts. At the Massachusetts Council of Churches, we believe white supremacy is antithetical to the teachings of Christ. What do Massachusetts Christians need to know about these local white supremacists groups and their intersection with Christianity? What can churches do to address the logic and presence of this idolatry? Who is susceptible to their recruitment?

Join the Massachusetts Council of Churches for an educational forum on Tuesday August 16, 2022 from 6-7pm with our colleagues from the Anti-Defamation League of New England. ADL is a leading civil rights organization and researcher of hate groups. We welcome Alex Friedfeld as an expert on these hate groups to help education us and answer our questions.

This is a private, secure briefing, not for public broadcast. This webinar will not be publicly visible. Advanced registration is required to attend.
