Nurturing Relational Connections Across Boston's Christian Community
CMM has two job openings at Cooperative Metropolitan Ministries for our Interfaith Youth Initiative program for the positions of Program Director and Recruitment Coordinator.
CMM’s Interfaith Youth Initiative (IFYI) brings together high school and college-age youth for leadership, peace-building and conflict-transformation training. IFYI is staffed by graduate theological students who design and lead this acclaimed week-long residential program for youth from a variety of ethnic, cultural, religious, economic, social and political backgrounds. The positions are 5-10 hours per week, up to 500 hours per year.
The Program Director will be in charge of the year-long operations and running of the IFYI program, while the Recruitment Coordinator will be in charge of recruiting high school and college youth in a few different ways.
Please see above links for more details and ways to submit applications.
