This free one bedroom accommodation is in exchange for the daily care of a person who is mentally alert, but with a genetic disability. He takes his meals sitting on the side of the bed and cannot stand. Your responsibility would be to prepare a simple breakfast and dinner, and care for his needs due to his disability. Your daily routine will be set by you within those perimeters, and you may come and go as you wish. You will be asked to pay a flat fee for the electric and Internet bills in the amount of $50 a month, and provide your own food.
