Summer is a great time for Christians to be out and visible in our neighborhoods. UniteBoston is hosting a “Celebrate Family Picnic” on Father’s Day in conjunction with people from a variety of churches in Jamaica Plain and the Open Door Movement. We are planning to meet on the grass near the Jamaica Pond boathouse, and there will be lawn games, music, face painting, and more! All are welcome; this is a great event to invite your neighbors as we celebrate family!
