Hi! My name is Dave, and I’m looking for new housing with a September 1st move-in or earlier.
Location: Waltham/Watertown/Newton/Belmont/Lexington
Budget: max $1,200 including rent + utilities
About me: I’m a follower of Jesus, 33 years old, I work at a youth development nonprofit with a hybrid schedule in Waltham, and I attend church in Waltham. I love good food, movies, music, sports, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends! I can be extroverted and introverted, and I also value my alone time and space to rest and recharge.
Roommates: I’m looking for 1-2 kind and respectful male roommates who love Jesus, are in their 20s/30s, and don’t smoke. I don’t smoke and I don’t have any pets, but I do love animals! I would love to find a place that includes heat and hot water in the rent, off-street parking as I have a car, and laundry in the building.
