Hi all!
Room for rent in East Boston in a 5 bed 3 bath home. Rent for the room is $1190.00 per month plus utilities.
**This room is available immediately**
House is conveniently located very close to the blue line, includes space for parking in front of the home, very spacious backyard, and comes furnished with couches, kitchen supplies, TV in communal area, kitchen table, patio furniture, a shed with storage space and much more.
You will have a private room and your own bathroom upstairs, these, however, do not come furnished.
The living spaces are all shared including the kitchen. There are ample cooking supplies and you will have space in the fridge and pantry for your food.
The house has 4 other great guys living in it. All are wonderful believers and attend local churches in the greater Boston area.
There are two beloved dogs in the home. One Australian shepherd and one mixed black lab.
I had to leave for a change in employment, otherwise I would still be very happily be living here!
