I’m looking for a male to take over my room in a 3 bed/ 1 bath apartment in Malden as early as September 1. My roommates Marcus and Ruben are quiet and respectful and are looking for a Christian roommate to take over my lease as I’m getting married and moving elsewhere.

The house is decent size with a 5-minute walk to the Malden Center Orange line T Stop, a nice backyard, front porch, and the possibliity of the driveway as well. Includes some basement storage space.
