Hello all! I was hoping that this forum would send me an email when people respond, but I guess it isn’t set up that way. I’m just now seeing the responses. FYI, due to the logistics around when our current roommate is moving out, the room will be available starting October 1 now, not early September.

Jo – Even though the rental agreement with the landlady is month-to-month, we would like to have a longer-term commitment of at least 1 year – preferably longer. If you are definitely through January only, then unfortunately our apartment wouldn’t be the best fit for you.
