Good afternoon! We are looking for a fourth roommate (preferably male) for our current apartment in Somerville, MA. We have 2 guys and 2 girls living here currently, with one guy moving out, so we are hoping to keep these gender ratios. Rent is ~$1090 + utilities. We have 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, 2 deck areas, dining room, and all bedrooms upstairs.
