Similarly, I also have a room available for sublease in Somerville (Porter/Union Square) from 3/31 – 8/31 (flexible dates), with a possibility to extend the lease on 9/1. It is a spacious room in a 4 bed/2 bath/2 floor apt with a small yard/garden area, in unit laundry, and shared parking.
