Hi Erin, just read your post. I am looking to sublet my room in Somerville (through Aug 2021 with option to resign). The room is a spacious single and it’s part of a larger Christian Intentional house. The house is comprised of three guys who live on the first floor and four girls who live on the second. Age range of the people living here is early 20s-early 30s. It’s a great and diverse community of people with different backgrounds, occupations and representing different churches in the area. We are pretty close to Malden being in Somerville– about 1 mile from Davis Square with 1 min walk to multiple bus lines. There’s also some free parking on site, and.a lot of street parking with Somerville parking permit. We also have a free laundry on site.
