DESCRIPTION:Typically\, a semi-truck bringing food into Boston isn’t a reason to gather\, but there’s a special truckload of food being brought in on Friday\, April 10th\, at 9:00am.  A tractor-trailer full of non-perishable food will arrive at WORK Inc. (25 Beach Street\, Dorchester) as a large-scale donation to the Mary Ann Brett Food Pantry\, as part of Boston and the Bay State’s America250 commemoration. \nWe’d love you to join us in greeting the first of 3 America250 trucks coming to Massachusetts in 2026.  These specially designated America250 semi-trucks\, organized via JustServe.org\, by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints\, are a celebration of our nation’s 250th birthday and our national and local values of serving our communities.  Please stop by WORK Inc.’s facility at 25 Beach Street on the morning of April 10th and join us in celebrating community service in Boston!
