SUMMARY:The Prophet Project
DESCRIPTION:The Prophet Project – a play in one act  \n\n\nFollowing the storyline of Hosea and Gomer\, and using only the words of the ancient Hebrew prophets\, The Prophet Project is a visceral\, beautiful retelling of God’s relentless love for humanity. Challenging and encouraging\, disturbing and inspiring\, it is an unique opportunity to grow in one’s own faith\, as well as to invite non-Christian lovers of art\, and to help Jewish friends see echoes of Christ in Scripture.\n\nThe 2013 production was awarded with the Making a Difference in Christian Service Award and the Eldin Villafañe Award for High Distinction in Christian Service\, both from Gordon Conwell’s Boston Campus. Still Small is now reviving the production with a new cast\, additional music\, and updated design.\n\n\n\n\n\nAll performances will be followed by an optional talkback in which the audience can ask questions and have an informal discussion with the cast and creative team.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAugust 9\, 10\, 16\, & 17\n7 pm shows each night\, additional 3 pm matinee on Saturdays. \nEast Baptist Church\n300 Western Ave\nLYNN\, MA
