SUMMARY:Healing Hearts Club Camp (Apprentice Facilitator)
DESCRIPTION:Victory Generation\, a program of Black Ministerial Alliance Ten Point\, in partnership with Boston Trauma Healing Collaborative\, Vision New England and the Trauma Healing Institute/American Bible Society will be offering a Healing Hearts Club Camp (Children’s Healing Trauma) August 21 – August 25\, 2023. Hosted at the Second Church in Dorchester\, 44 Moultrie Street. \nTo Become an Apprentice Facilitator you must be prepared to:  \n\nAttend a (6-week) Adult Trauma Healing Group\, Thursday evenings from 7:00pm – 9:30pm (June 22 – July 27). See registration information below.\nAttend a 3-day Facilitator Training Thursday to Saturday (August 17 – 19) 8:30am – 4:30pm\nAttend the 5-day camp (August 21 – 25) 8:30am – 4:30pm\n\nTo learn more about becoming a facilitator\, please contact Rochelle Jones at rjones@bmaboston.org \nTo Start Your Own Healing Journey: \nBefore support children to navigate their healing journeys\, you should participate in the healing groups for yourself.  The group will be led by facilitators trained to lead groups in the proven and time-tested model of the Trauma Healing Institute at the American Bible Society.
